" The course is basically teaching a HAL grade 10 girls course,  for high level athletes that I will meet in person at school once or  twice a week, likely numerous times on the Internet and hopefully  numerous times at their place of training or competition.  Nutrition, biomechanics and fitness assessment as well as the other health topics associated with grade 10 ciriculum including the developmental assets and other topics relevant to their needs.    My hope is that the course will help these high level athletes better understand themselves and have them a greater respect for themsleves as well as learn principles that are relevant for their sport, that help improve their performance in their respective sport."
